I'm Luka, queen of weird faces and inappropriately loud belching, often mistaken for 17 but actually 24. I live for music, dogs, sci-fi, pork chops, whiskey, and books. My natural habitat is in a mosh pit. I have several (possibly strange) obsessions including, but not limited to: Spider-Man, zebra print, piggies, all things lime green, British television, and Children of Bodom. I went to college for fashion design and, much like most post-secondary grads, am not working in my chosen field at all (beyond my own not-making-any-real-money venture). I aim to eventually work wardrobe in film and television specializing in science fiction projects. I will clothe the universe! One day. For now I'll continue writing rambling nonsense and taking decent enough pictures to convince you that I'm an interesting person. Really I'm just a hermit full of anxiety and too much sugar.
The dark as night little furball you'll often see in my posts is Maila (my-luh), the craziest and most adorable little weirdo of a lab there ever lived. She was born June 9th, 2008. Runt of the litter, I picked her out before she was even born, and she is the most important person in my life. Yeah that's right, person (she thinks so, too!). I love dogs more than most people, and loathe anyone who mistreats them.
In 2011 I opened my Etsy shop, Hellhound Fashion, selling jewellery and accessories mostly made out of geeky type fabrics and comic clippings. Think Star Wars, Marvel, DC, 90's kids shows/movies, general spaceyness, etc.
I'm pretty sarcastic (which can be hard to read in text form), so if you think I'm saying something mean or offensive just take a moment to read it in a different tone. It's probably heavily marinated in sarcasm, or I'm just fucking with you.
My mind tends to wander a lot (so I have many side thoughts).

Random fact: the ceiling in my living room and work room is the colour of the links and italics on this blog.
