start in the day, I've been a bit unintentionally nocturnal lately.
2 // Woke up way late to a pile of super awesome zines in the mail.
3 // Packed up a couple orders. Been having a lot of fun with that lately since I've actually got more things to make the packages awesome.
4 // Hanging out by the back door with Maila, poisoning my lungs.
5 // Trying to get Maila off my backpack so I could go grocery shopping. She does everything in her power to prevent me from ever leaving the house. Not that I really do that much anyway. :P
6 // Finally got home after pack-muling way too much food back on transit. It felt like my shoulders were going to give out at any moment. You'd think I bought a pile of rocks with how much it all weighed!
7 // Preparing my awesome turkey taco dinner.
8 // Tacooooos! I get distracted very easily so it took way too long for me to make these.
9 // Had a random urge to draw and, after juggling a few ideas and a couple quick rough drafts to figure out placement and whatnot, I got started on this bad boy!
10 // Admittedly, it was much closer to 11 than 10 by the time I finally got this done. I've never done anything with Sailor Jerry lettering or banners before, so I'm pretty happy with the outcome. Relatively. Naturally, there are a pile of things I see wrong with it (beyond just the pencil marks that I can't erase without ruining the pen) but such is life! I might completely re-do this yet to fix the errors. We shall see.
11 // Tea time and checking up on Etsy things.
My day didn't end anywhere close to there, but that's the end of anything remotely interesting. I ended up staying up all night drawing so I could reset my sleep schedule. When you go two weeks of being completely incapable of falling asleep before 4am, it's really the only option left. Which lead to going completely nuts and being all sorts of weird last night, harassing people with my rantings on facebook. It was fun!
"Half Woman. Half Music. ALL RIDICULOUS!" Sleep deprived Luka is funny. Also, you should draw more often because that is AWESOME!
